Are there any additional costs?
Our prices include equipment, setup, and streaming. Travel costs may apply for events outside Lincolnshire. We will always provide a full quote with no hidden fees before you commit.
What internet connection do I need?
We recommend a high-speed internet connection with a strong upload speed for live streaming. Most modern broadband connections are more than capable of supporting a professional stream. We will test your connection before the event and let you know if it is suitable.
What if my venue doesn't have internet?
Not to worry. We can provide a high-speed 5G or satellite internet connection if needed. Even if your venue has no connectivity at all, we can normally find a solution to get your event streaming smoothly.
Can I customise a package?
Absolutely. Our packages are starting points — we tailor every quote to your specific requirements. Contact us to discuss your needs.
What is included in the recording?
All packages include a full recording of the live stream. Higher-tier packages include post-event editing for highlight reels.
How do I pay?
We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due 7 days before the event. We accept bank transfer and all major payment methods.
